How MomentWeave handles the information you provide when joining the early access list.

What we collect
We collect your email address and, if you choose to provide it, your first name. We also store your selected language so the confirmation and future beta communication arrive in the right language.
Our hosting and email providers may process limited technical request and delivery metadata needed to operate, secure and troubleshoot the service.
Why and how long
We use this information only to confirm your request, manage the early access list and contact you about beta availability. The legal basis is your consent, given when you request an invite.
We retain the information until the early access programme ends or until you withdraw your consent, whichever happens first.
Service providers and transfers
The website is hosted by Vercel. Contacts and email delivery are handled by Resend (Plus Five Five, Inc.). These providers may process data outside the European Economic Area under the safeguards described in their data processing terms.
Your choices and rights
You may withdraw your consent or ask us to access, correct or delete your information at any time by emailing hello@momentweave.app. You may also have the right to restrict processing, object, receive a portable copy and lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
Cookies and analytics
The landing page does not use advertising cookies or behavioural analytics. Essential infrastructure logs may still be created by the hosting provider for security and reliability.
